1. The diagonal tie technology is a leap-forward development of the forged steel ball industry.

However, the diagonal slashing process has great defects, the most important ones are the surface quality and the roundness. The surface of the steel ball which is pulled out by the diagonal tying technology has defects such as skin, lack of meat, over-burning, protrusion, and high roundness. When the diameter of the steel ball is more than 50mm, the deviation of the steel ball will not meet the requirements of the relevant standards. For steel balls with a diameter greater than 90 mm, the diagonal tie technology cannot be produced.

3.
