Nexen Tire recently revealed that its new plant in Changnyeong, South Korea, is already in production. The plant will mainly produce passenger cars, light trucks and SUV tires.
The Changning plant was opened in June 2010. It is expected that the plant will have an annual production capacity of 3 million when it is put into operation in the first year.
